1. Tekisa's role

Tekisa is an intermediary. It checks listings, connects buyers and sellers, collects payments and pays sellers the amount due to them.

Pickup at the collection point is free. Home delivery is charged to the client according to the district rates shown at checkout.

Payment in cash on handover or by mobile money. With mobile money, Tekisa holds the amount until the item is handed over.

If a paid transaction is cancelled, the buyer is refunded in full.

Sellers' and service providers' contact details are never published.
